I want 50% discount price for the same service/employee according to hours. For example all reservations under 5pm.

Unfortunately, the price in Amelia can't be dynamically changed, i.e. each Service can have only one price.
This feature is on our to-do list for future updates. However, you can speed the process up by submitting a request on our website.
Probably, if you want to offer Services for a discounted price, the Coupons feature might be a solution. Please find more information about Coupons here.
