Hi, I'm trying the free lite version to try the plugin. I can merge cells when editing, but as soon as I hit the "Save" button, they split again. I cannot have the table with my merged cells at the frontend.
Is this a premium feature?
Hello Eloy
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
I cannot replicate the issue you're describing with the Lite version, locally. It works fine for me. Can you please record your screen, and provide me a temporary wp-admin user (Administrator) in a PRIVATE response, so I can take a look?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello Aleksandar,
I have exactly the same problem : trying to merge cells, that are finally splitted.
1 / I have few cells to merge in a table, in different parts of the table. I select the first ones to merge, I choose "Merge", they seem merged in the dev part, but NOT in the Table preview ! I Save the table, I go to a page and open it : cells are merged !
But,
2/ I select other cells of this table and merge them : same problem, not merged in the preview ! They are merge in the final table opened BUT the very first merged cells of the 1/ are now splitted again !
It keeps only the last cells merged. Weird!
Can you help ?
Hey Nicolas.
Our developers confirmed there's a bug on our end, and the parameters of merged cells are not being updated. There's no quick-fix for this, unfortunately, so they'll need to resolve the issue permanently because there are a lot of variations to perform a reorder without merged cells, with merged cells, reordering multiple rows with and without merged cells, and so on, so it's far from simple.
We've added it as a bug, so it should be fixed with our next update.
Sorry for the inconvenience, but thanks for letting us know!
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi,
thank you for answering my question.
Maybe your developper should consider getting rid of the ordering feature (that few people may use) for a while. That would be easier for him to fix the merging problem. Or to separate the order feature (no ordering possibility when merging some cells).
Hope it can be fixed soon...
Thank you for your suggestion, Nicolas, I will forward it to our development team.
I too hope that it will be resolved soon, but I can't make any promises, unfortunately.
