Hi is there a way to add a calendar to the frontend dashboard?

If you are referring to the back-end Calendar on the Amelia -> Calendar page, there isn't a possibility of showing it on the front-end, unfortunately. You can suggest it as a feature request here, or vote for such request if there is such request in the list.
