In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    Here is my scenario:  We offer 3 consecutive classes once a month.  Class 1 is a 2.5 day class (Mon-Wed) 8am-5pm and last day 8am-12pm.  Class 2 is (2nd half of Wednesday and all day Thursday), and Class 3 is a 1 day class (Friday).

    1) Is there a way I can 1 duplicate the event so all I would need to do is change the dates?

    2) Is there a way I can create a package to offer a discount or free event?  

    3) is there a way if I have 3 options only give a discount off of one of the options?

    4) I was thinking of adding this as a service, but service is limited to 1 day is there a way I can change the number of days it takes for a service?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1) Is there a way I can 1 duplicate the event so all I would need to do is change the dates? - Unfortunately, there's no way to duplicate Events at the moment. It is possible to duplicate only Services. 

    2) Is there a way I can create a package to offer a discount or free event?  - Yes, you can create Packages and set a discounted price for them. Please note that Packages are available only for Services as well.

    3) is there a way if I have 3 options only give a discount off of one of the options? - If you create Packages, then you will be able to set a price for the whole Package only, not for the included Services separately. Otherwise, if you use Events or Services, you can add Coupons for discounts. 

    4) I was thinking of adding this as a service, but service is limited to 1 day is there a way I can change the number of days it takes for a service? - Unfortunately, each Service can last only one day. You can suggest our developers add an option of a longer Service duration on our website.
