This error usually occurs when Google attempts to assign multiple tokens to one employee. Can you please access your database, and navigate to the wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar table? In it, delete all rows; refresh the employees page, and try again.
It's possible that your database prefix is not wp_ so look for your_prefix_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar table.
