Hello, I am looking at getting your pro version for a client development and I just have one questions I wasn't able to find in your docs.
When a client buys a package that has been set up with multiple slots for the same service and a buffer time has been set up for those services, is there a way to allow a single client with an active package purchase to book back to back services without the buffer adding time in between?
My specific use case is for a driving school that sells packages of 10 lessons and a user can book single lessons but they usually advise 2 hours back to back.
Thanks in advance for your help. Great plugin by the way!
Hi, Stephenie!
Thank you for your inquiry and your words.
I'm afraid it's not possible with the current Packages functionality. If you set buffer time for a Service, it will remain the same, no matter if your customers book it separately or in a Package.
It would be a great feature to add. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website.
Probably, it can set through some workaround: if you create Services that will be set with no buffer time and make packages out of them. Then, if you create two categories, Category 1 for the "normal services" and Category 2 for "No-buffer-time Services", you will be able to display them separately on your website with the shortcodes [ameliacatalog category=1] and [ameliacatalog show = packages category =2].
I didn't test this solution yet, but it should work.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Best Regards.
