Newly created services are not available for frontend booking (even though they are configured correctly). I tried to use them via shortcode [ameliabooking category=5], but the loading icon keeps spinning and nothing happens.
When inspecting with Chrome Developer Tools, there is a JS error (please see attached screenshots).
Looking forward to a timely resolve of this issue,
Thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for contacting us.
Could you please check if the shortcode you have corresponds to the number and service? If a new service is created, but the ID in the shortcode does not match the service; this could cause a view conflict.
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.
thanks for your input. Of course I have checked and enabled everything required, which is why I'm wondering why it's still not working. I assume there is some kind of bug since it should work as intended.
As a customer with your biggest pricing option I'd like some more in depth support on the matter.
thank you for replying and providing the screenshots.
We could try another way, if you don't mind: may I kindly ask you to please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hi,
I would like to add that we will be releasing an update later today, or tomorrow, that will resolve this!
Thank you for your patience.
Hi Ivana,
thanks, I used a shortcode to display services from a certain category, the ID is definitely correct.
Looking forward to this update!
Have a great day and stay healthy
Hi Ivana,
sadly the Update didn't fix the error (but the error message disappeared).
Screenshots attached: I created a test category (ID:6) and added 2 services.
When trying make them available for booking in frontend, it does not offer any selection of services: https://sport-schweikard.de/terminvereinbarung-allgemein/ (pass: test123!)
How can we fix this?
Best wishes
Hi, thank you so much for letting me know.
Please also check these points:
1. Are these services visible on the site?
2. If they are, is the employee assigned to these services?
3. If he is, check his working hours. Working hours where services are defined in the intervals will only show the services defined in there. Make sure these two services are also included.

Hi Ivana,
we have found that deleting the Employee and Re-Adding it has solved the problem, thank you
Best wishes
