Can you please check if you have adjusted the Time Slot Step in Amelia > Settings > General? This can also influence the format of the appointment time slot; also, if there is an Extra included in the service, this could be taking the time off.
After deleting the service, the employee and redoing everything it works. Now I get a mismatch between the appointment time and the calendar file in the email.
This is only the case for the file and not the appointment time. Its also not the case for all of my events that are scheduled.
I really need help. My customer is waiting for almost a weeks now and I invested a lot of time and money to fix all the previous bugs I had. Please help me
Please check the other two tickets in regard to the time zone. If all these tickets are related to the same issue, please stick with one ticket, and we'll help you through it.
You should be able to resolve it looking at the other two tickets I just responded to:
I have a service scheduled on a given day and there is half an hour missing. I looked for working hours, breaks etc.

there is no issue with the time slot step and no extras included in the service.
