I had a huge problem last Friday and now I have another issue and none of my tickets get any response. Is there any reason for this?

I'm so sorry for the delay, but we're having an increased number of tickets coming in. I'm currently in my 10th working hour today, and I still have around 100 tickets assigned to me. Same goes for my colleagues, so your patience is highly appreciated.
We've hired new support staff, that will help us resolve tickets faster, but they're still getting up to speed. I'll check the other ticket you have with me right now, and see if I can help you out with that.
