We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
I have a weird time mismatch.
The employee has special times for a service on a given day. I selected this employee as the only person to do the service. On the website totally different times are displayed.
The times on my events are working perfectly fine.
For some reason the wrong time zone got displayed. After changing that I don't have a one hour difference. I still have half an hour missing between 11:30 and 12:00 and I can't find a reason why.
I had to delete everything (employee and service). Now it shows the right time but sends the wrong calendar file (1 hour later than the actual appointment time).
The events, both the calendar and the appointment time work fine
Hi again Tim
This is a ticket assigned to my colleague, but I'll respond to it because it seems to be the same issue I just responded to:
https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2711786
It's all related to time zones in WordPress and Google Calendar. If your employee is linked to the Google Calendar, also check if the employee has a busy time slot between 11:30 and 12:00 - if there's a busy event in Google Calendar, it will be blocked in Amelia.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
