In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    Hi,

    Is it possible to book more than one event at the samen time?

    The case is:
    The same yoga teacher gives different types of group lessons online at certain times.

    1. When I would use Services for this, I cannot link specific times to the specific lesson. It seems that it is only possible if another teacher would teach.
    Or is there a way that I can couple - for the same teacher - specific times to specific services?

    2.That is why I have now chosen for Events. But than I can not book multiple events at the same time.
    Is there any solution to this problem?

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    Unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible to book multiple appointments in Amelia. This feature is probably the most requested one, so it's on our to-do plan (however, I can't tell you precisely when it will be added).

    The only possible way of booking more than one appointment at a time is Packages. But in that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, so your customers won't be able to pick random services. You can see more information here. Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.

    Also, Packages don't support Events. But I think you can use Services also through a workaround: you can set your Employees' working hours the way the Services will be available only at particular time slots. For example:
