    I have licenses for Amelia, Data Tables and Master/Detail under the email [email protected], and I can't access support. 

    I've requested a password reset several times and nothing comes through (yes, I've checked my spam folder).  Creating a new ID seems to be the only way to contact you guys.  I'd appreciate it if you could sort this out.

    Hi Ivana - Thank you - I've logged on and changed my password.  There seems to be an issue with your procedure for requesting a password reset.  I submitted a request 4-5 times over a two-week period and got no email in response.  I did check my spam folder.
