I'm noticing that my events are showing as 'closed' when they are not filled and they haven't happened yet? I'm not sure why they are showing as closed and then people are not able to register for them?

thank you for reaching out to us.
Please check if the option Booking starts immediately is enabled, in Amelia > Event > Edit Event > Event Details; if not the booking may be closed until a certain date.
Also, please check if an option below is enabled as well, Booking closes when the event starts.
If issue persists, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
