Unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible to add dynamic prices with the built-in features in Amelia. Maybe you can use a workaround: to create different Services for weekends and set different prices for them. Otherwise, each Service can have only one fixed price in Amelia.

I'm glad to know you resolved the issue.
Unfortunately, payments have to be complete at the moment of booking, and there's no way to put them on hold. Amelia doesn't store any payment data what makes it so GDPR-friendly, and WooCommerce is being used as a payment getaway, so it also can't save the card details in order to charge a customer after the verification.
That would be great if you suggest this feature on our website. Probably our developers will find a way how to implement it.
