I've tried booking one test appointment on your website, and it seems like the payment process works well, I got the error that I am using a test card for Stripe (which I am) but you have Live mode enabled. Please check again your Stripe credentials, whether you provided the right credentials for the right mode (Live/Test) and if the credentials are correct, as this is the most common cause of an issue with the payment methods. If you still have the same issue, please transfer to Sandbox/Test mode in Amelia , enable the Sandbox/Test mode in payment settings and provide the test credentials, and let me know so we could try once again the payment process as we can't test with a Stripe Live mode/credit card, unfortunately.
Our site was unable to take payment after upgrading to 3.1 because Paypal would not work. Interestingly on the test site which is still on the older version of Amelia, Paypal still works.
The reason you couldn't reproduce is that we had to set up a Stripe account as an emergency and then try that. It still wouldn't work with Paypal enabled as an option.
In the end we disabled Paypal completely and now only have Stripe set up.
You have another public ticket with a similar problem which was why I started experimenting to get it to work.
So to summarise:
Paypal only enabled payment method - broken
Paypal and Stripe enabled - broken
Stripe alone enabled - works.
Paypal working on test site so don't think there is a problem with the account.
I can't reproduce that on our testing website, unfortunately, yes, I saw another ticket regarding the payment method but couldn't reproduce neither of the options you mentioned - I tried both PayPal and Stripe on their own , and together and each of the options worked, PayPal worked properly on its own our testing website.
Could you tell me is there any chance you enable PayPal, it can be on the testing website you have (with the 3.1 version) - reproduce the issue you had, and enable the Sandbox/test mode, so we could check it out and see what error/issue you have there and what is causing it?
Thank you, could you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site as well, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Booking goes fine until you get to the payment screen then the Waiting for Payment logo just rotates forever.

Hi Marija
I think I have done that correctly. default is Paypal, sandbox enabled.
