We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Made a fresh set of credentials at Paypal for Sandbox mode, copied the ID and the Secret into Amelia Plugin, but it does not work.

Meanwhile, I got some support from an expert, and we found this: if PayPal is the only payment method being set in Amelia, the whole checkout DOES NOT WORK. It requires to add for example "Invoice", then it works. But we do not want Invoices, we want to have all appointments being paid at checkout. THIS SEEMS TO BE A BUG. Urgent reply required, please!

Don't know if this helps Stefan. I found your post and it looked like the problem I am having too.

When we had only Payal enabled the waiting for payment screen with remain permanently.

Set up a Stripe account and added that, still didn't work.

Disabled the Paypal account, left Stripe, problem solved.

I think it IS a big because the previous version on our test site still works with Paypal.

    Hi Stefan,

thank you for reaching out to us.

Nico, thank you as well, your input is much appreciated.

I have reported this to be checked if there is any inconsistency in the program causing this, as we are preparing a mini update 3.1.1, that should resolve this. PayPal and Stripe are meant to be standalone payment methods, independent from other payment gateways.
