I apologize for the delayed response as we don't operate on weekends. Since availability times are dependent on Employees, i suggest creating fictional employees that would be used for the purpose of time slots. You can create 2 separate categories for these 2 simulators, and then create separate services for each room. Assign one employee to one room. Also, if one room can be used by more people at once, you can add more available spots for customers.
