    Hi!

I am trying to setup Amelia for my purposes. A couple of functions seem to be missing - at least I cannot find the topics in the documentation. Perhaps you can help!

    1) Disable choose employee when booking service: I want to not see the employees, when a client books the service the employees should be arranged in the background from an available pool. The color dots I find disturbing and unnecessary

    2) Content of ics when downloading to add to clients calendar after booking: right now the ics is only having a plain name of the service - but not e.g. the place of service and the company name (which should add to ensure clients know what the booking is all about).

    3) Supervisor employee window: I would like to have a supervisor employee window where one user can make appointments for all employees (rather than each employee can make their own appointments).

Are the above described functions available? How can I activate?

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Thanks!

    Hi Reinhard,

    Thanks for your interest.

    1) This is possible. If you have just one employee, the dropdown will not be shown by default. If you have, but you do not want to let customers choose - you can hide with simple CSS, in which case the employee will be randomly selected.

    2) We currently do not have that, but this will be added in the next update.

    3) Sorry, I do not understand this one. Can you please explain?

    Kind Regards,

    Hi, Reinhard!

Thank you for your interest in Amelia.

My colleague already answered some of your questions, so let me continue.

    1. To hide the Employee selection drop-down, please try to add this CSS on the page with Amelia:

    #amelia-step-booking0 > div.am-select-service > form > div.el-form-item.am-select-employee-option {display:none !important;}

    2. Thank you for these recommendations. We are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website

    3. It looks like you should create a Manager that will be able to add Services, book appointments, change working hours settings for your Employees, etc. from the back-end. Unfortunately, there's no special front-end for the Manager. This role is very similar to WP Admin but has some limitations (Manager can't delete anything, only hide, also he/she can't change the way Amelia looks on the front end, and, what the most important, Manager doesn't have access to WP settings). You can find more information about roles in Amelia on our website.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, Reinhard!

I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

Amelia Manager can be created on the WordPress -> Users Page, where you can assign the Amelia Manager role to him/her:

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.
