Booking Plugin issue

How do I configure the days that I’m closed on The Amelia app? When I do a booking test, the days still show as available. Also, when I set my open hours in Amelia, the booking plugin doesn't show those hours. Example my business hours are set from 8 am-11 pm and when I do a test the booking App-only displays 8 am-1 am.

    Hi David,

    thank you for contacting us!

You can remove days by clicking the minus symbol on the working hours and days list, next to the day that you don't wish the service to be provided on.

Also, please check if you have made changes to an individual Employee schedule and not the Global days and hours, as one may not override the other and show on the front end.

It is also important to align service duration and buffer times with employees work hours.

If none of these options work, pease provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi, David,

    thank you for contacting back.

I have made adjustments and managed to ultimately set the schedule of your business as you requested.

However, trough that time I could still not find the reason why Amelia stopped showing on the front end. Have you updated a theme recently or made any CSS additions that could have led to this, as settings that you've created are all right.

I disabled all plugins except for Amelia and it isn’t showing up

    Hi David,

thank you for the kind reply.

Can you please update to WordPress 5.7, as this could be the main reason of conflict; since your Amelia Settings is set up well, as you advised, and within it everything should work correctly.

    Hi David,

I am not support but guess that could be done. Around you error, it could be worth checking if you have had any upgrades on php. Also if you use a builder like Divi, check if any updates around this have taken place.

Hope you get this sorted soon

    Hi David,

thank you for the kind reply; I apologize for the later response as we don't work on weekends.

Your reply has now been set to Private, don't worry.

Also, please check your employee; upon inspecting we have found that your employee has no days set, or working hours:
