We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi we have just purchased and well happy with the system just one thing we need to adjust wondered fif you could point us in the right direction
The event list when click on a date shows all the events after that date -- in this list can we show just the events for the date the user selects
so if select 5 march it only shows events for 5th march rather than all future evenst after that date ? we have been through trying to work out thought best ask if doable thanks in advance

Amelia has received another form for the events via new update 3.1; we now have an Event Calendar Booking form – now you can show events in a form of a monthly calendar so your potential attendees can search, filter and book events via calendar view (similar to what you see in the Amelia Booking window).
The shortcode for this view is [ameliaevents type=calendar].
At the moment, we don't have an option for "hiding" all other dates from the event list or calendar. I'll forward this, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
