This is causing the issue:

.fusion-fullwidth .fusion-row {
    position: relative;
    z-index: 10;
}

The same class is on one of the containers in the side bar, and the main container which wraps our plugin. 

Try adding this custom CSS to the page:

.fusion-fullwidth.fullwidth-box.fusion-builder-row-3.fusion-flex-container.nonhundred-percent-fullwidth.non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling {
position: sticky !important;
}
