We have implemented Amelia and everything is working as designed.
The problem we have is that the textboxes for the email address and phone number of the client are both prefilled. This is totally irritating our customers as they think the fields are prefilled and they don't realize they can simply "type over" the prefilled values.
How can we remove this?
I have managed to remove the prefilled email address (I changed one of your plug-in files) and also, as long as no language flag is selected for the phone number, nothing is prefilled. But as soon as you select the "Germany" flag for the phone numer, it prefilles the textbox where you enter the phone number with 01512 3456789.
If you faced this issue while testing bookings, then it happened because you tested this being logged in to your WordPress account. Most probably you've enabled "Automatically Create Amelia Customer user" in Amelia settings -> Roles Settings -> Customer at some point, so now the fields get automatically pre-filled when you're logged in. The same could happen to your customers (that they booked an appointment before and now the form is pre-filled).
If you test the form please use incognito mode and you will see the fields available.
And if you don't want the form to get pre-filled for your Customers, then you should disable the "Automatically Create Amelia Customer user" option.

Hi, Julia!
Thank you for your inquiry.
I couldn't recreate this issue:

Hope that will help.
Best regards.
