As far as I understand, you mostly have events for groups of people. It can be achieved in Amelia.
However, it is possible to set only one price for each Service or Event in Amelia, so if you want to set prices for adults and kids separately, then there's no direct way (but probably there's a workaround).

1. Soft play and Birthday parties.
So, as far as I can see, it's more about booking places rather than booking appointments?
Amelia was created for appointment booking mostly, but there are some workarounds that turn it into a tool for rental business.
In your case, each slot/soft play area has to be a booking Service in Amelia.
A Service can be booked only for 23h 59m. So if you want to let longer rental time, you'll have to use Events (but I don't think your events last that long).
Our plugin needs at least one Employee connected with a Service, it's just Amelia's logic. If you have 5 slots and you want to allow renting them at the same time separately (and avoid double renting), you'll have to connect them to 5 different Employees. It goes without saying that these Employees don't have to be real staff members, they can be added only in order to follow the logic of the plugin.
In Amelia, each Employee needs to have a unique email address so each slot will have also. This can be solved if you plan to use Gmail by adding +number before @ for the same email address (like [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]) and then you will be able to create different email addresses but all emails will go to the same email address.
On the front-end, the selection of Employees can be hidden with a custom CSS that we can provide you.
That can be set through Amelia Events since you need a fixed starting time for them, I suppose ( Services can also be set this way, but Events require fewer settings). Events can be presented as a list or as a calendar. You can see how they work on our demo site (please click on "Events" on the top menu bar).

Requirements:
- Book/ pay entire the soft play
- Book/ pay slots for birthday parties ( different prices for different packages )
- Book/pay for any other events like film nights. ( Different prices depending on the package )
If the above doesn't make sense should we book in a zoom call?
