In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, I can no longer display the 'Clear filters' function when the filters are placed under the table. When the 'Display filters in a form above the table' function is active, the 'Clear filters' button is present next to the filters. I have created many tables with the 'Clear Filters' button and it has always worked well. It seems to me that it is since the last update of Wpdatatbles that the 'Clear filters' function no longer appears when the filters are placed under the table. Do you have any suggestions to resolve this issue. Cordially.

The Clear filters button, if turned on, can only be displayed if the filers are placed above the table, it cannot be displayed if the filters are in the header or footer as there is no space left for the button.
