How are employees chosen when the 'any' option is selected.

    How is Amelia choosing a particular employee if multiple employees are available for the same service and the client has chosen "any"

    Hi, Martin!

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    If the "Any Employee" option is selected, then Amelia chooses an available Employee randomly.

    So, there's no particular algorithm for that.
