Básicamente estoy agendando los pacientes directamente en outlook cuando llaman para programar una cita; sin embargo, en el plugin de Amelia el espacio sigue quedando disponible a pesar de que en outlook aparece bloqueada la franja horaria. Aclaro que para mi es muy importante agendar los pacientes directamente en outlook y que los espacios queden automáticamente bloqueados en Amelia con el fin de que mis pacientes no puedan agendar dicho espacio.

Please make sure that you have updated Amelia (the current version is 3.1).
Also, please set the Maximum Number Of Events Returned to the maximum possible number in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Outlook.
After that, please test again.
