We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hi!

    Different employees will be running Zoom meetings at the same time. When customers book with a certain employee, I need to send them a Zoom Meeting ID for that specific Employee's zoom account. How do I do this? This is an essential feature required for my business, as I have an online English school.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Zoom integration in Amelia is done for only one Zoom account, there isn't a possibility of connecting Amelia to more different Zoom accounts, unfortunately. Employees are connected to different Zoom users in that one account (you will see this option when you open/edit the employee after you integrate Amelia to Zoom https://wpamelia.com/configuring-zoom/) . Regarding different users having meetings at the same time in Zoom, you would need to check this out in your Zoom account - if that is possible with some account types and how.
