You need to access the employee (or the customer ) panel while logged out from WordPress as an admin, so access it in incognito mode or while logged out from WP. Also, this applies to booking appointments - if you are testing the bookings you should not book appointments or access the panels while logged in to WP as an admin, as this can cause mixed permissions for the admin and not proper view neither for the employee nor for the admin afterwards.
I already tested without the Administrative Panel, my client asked for the history so he could pass it to his secretarial.
The appointment is scheduled, he confirms taking the status of the "pending", done this when he goes in approved the schedules disappear, and they are only on the patient's screen.
He just had to see the same thing as the patient to be in control.
This can happen only in case if this was done while logged in to WP, or after some bookings or accessing the panels while logged in to WP as an admin, so the user logged in afterwards in the panel doesn't have the correct access/permissions but mixed ones .
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. Also provide me with credentials of that employee, and let us know if we could change status of the appointments and which ones or book new test appointments and then change the status. Thank you.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
There is some customization that I can send an Attachment, just by the employee's profile.
We need to issue medical reinstatements or certificates at all end of consultations and our programmer did not find a way to put it as an exclusive function of employees.
Glad to see that the issue is gone, thank you for letting me know.
Sorry, I am not sure if I understood the question quite well, could you please explain in. more details what are you trying to achieve exactly? Thank you.
Does the plugin not display a history of appointments for, canceled, approved or refused on the employee's screen for his control?
I have two points
The employee needs to confirm the schedule so far so good
But where does Historico go?
He is not on the screen at the employee, this is horrible.
He has to consult but they do not appear for him. Image 1
Customer only Image 2

It worked now.

I need my employee to be able to send attachments to customers. However, the option does not enter the employee panel.
Is there any way to do this interaction?
There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-inf eatures, unfortunately. You can suggest it as a feature request here.
