We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

The URL I included is just one of several pages that I am using Amelia on, and all of them are slow to load.
Is there a way to make this faster? The current loading time to bring up the booking capability is an issue as it could drive away potential clients who don't want to wait or think there is an issue with my site and don't know that they need to wait for the booking page to load.

When it comes to loading times on one website - this is mostly determined by:
There isn't anything that could be done from Amelia's side regarding these matters, unfortunately. But we are implementing some optimization improvements regarding Amelia in the next update of the plugin, so please update it when we release the new version, it should be released soon, and see if that would help on your website. If not, the issue is because of server performance, hosting, data, etc. and that can't be changed from within Amelia, as Amelia works with admin-ajax calls and requests response from the server to load.
