We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, 

    I really like to work with the Amelia Booking, thank you all for this very nice plugin.

    Is there a possibility to add a "request for quote" function next to the payment via Paypal or invoice? I am currently working on quotes for various services and the initial contact is to provide a price guide, but not yet a commitment.  Can code be inserted or added somewhere manually?

    Thank you for choosing Amelia and for your words, we really appreciate your feedback.

    I'm afraid, at the moment there are no features that would allow to automate quote requests.

    It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.

    They do develop such solutions, so if you consider customization as a possible solution, please contact them.

    Also, probably, it can be fixed through webhooks and a third-party service. You can find more information on webhooks in Amelia here.
