You can add an Extra Service to a regular Service that requires this equipment. It would be shown as optional for your clients with it's own price and quantity.
If Laser Removal is a separate service, and if the piece of equipment is obligatory for that removal to be done, perhaps there is no need to separately state it.
It can be a part of Laser Removal service, and you can enter it in the description.
In that way, when someone books Laser Removal at 11am, no one else will be able to book Laser Removal at that same time (so it would make the equipment automatically unavailable during that procedure).
So...here's the thing. Yes...the laser is required for the removal appointment and is shared among our staff. And once it's been assigned to one appointment... that means that no one can schedule to use it for another appointment at the same time.
Exacly - Laser appointments work in the same way; with Amelia no one will be able to book 2 laser appointments at the same time, hence, they will not be able to book the laser for another appointment.
However, I do understand that you would like to have the laser stated separately somewhere in the system. May I suggest adding Laser as an Employee who will "work" on the laser removal service? In this way once it's booked for one slot, it cannot work on another.
I have checked out the demonsite...and it looks like you have what I am looking for.
Last question is this.
My appointments require special.equipment that are assigned to a particular appointment and would not be available for other appointments.
Is this something that could be done with services or add-ons? Or a customization?

Thank you for the reply Ivana. One more question. Here is the scenario.
One of my services is a laser removal service that requires the use of a special piece of laser removal equipment.
If Mary has an appointment at 11am that requires this piece of equipment...that piece of equipment cannot be available to anyone else at 11am.
Is that possible?
