We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
ME GUSTARIA PODER CREAR UN SERVICIO QUE DURE VARIOS DIAS Y SE REALICE A UNA HORA DETERMINADA.
EJEMPLO: UN PROGRMA DE TV DE LUNES A VIERNES A LAS 18:h
para que el usuario desde el front end pueda elegirlo en el calendario y al pinchar en uno de los dias se le seleccionen los 5 dias que dura el programa de TV
Hello Javier,
There isn't a possibility of creating services that last longer than 23 h30min in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately. Services/appointments can only last up to a day, there isn't a possibility of creating services for multiple days or booking appointments for multiple days in Amelia.
You can only check the Events features, if it could help you achieve what you. need, but it is different than Services, and has different options and possibilities.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
mil gracias
Hi Javier,
If the days are pre-set - Monday to Friday for example - then you can make events on those days with those times, and customers can book the event on the front-end. But if you can't create these as events with set dates/times, if the booking can start on any day in the week, on any date, then this wouldn't be achievable with events either unfortunately.
You can check out if packages could help for your use case - but even in packages you can't limit that the appointments will be booked on specific dates/times - customers can choose any available date/time when there is the availability for that employee/service, like in the regular service booking.
At the moment, there isn't any other view available for Events in Amelia, but we will release a new update soon and we will implement a new Calendar view for events in that version of the plugin.
