We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi!:)

    I'm new with Amelia and it looks perfect for the website I'm developing. One of the reasons of this choice is been the packages feature, but I have a big doubt now that I'm working on it.

    Example: 

    I have the following service category -> Zoom Sessions

    Inside I have 2 services -> Online Tutor and Online Psychologist 

    Now...if I create a package that include both services, I must choose a maximum hours per service, but what I'd like is to establish a total amout of hours for both services. 

    What do I mean? 

    The package include 7 hours of Zoom Sessions category. I want to let the customer choose how to spend these hours freely between the 2 services...can be 4 with Online Tutor and 3 with Psychologist or just 7 hours with Online Tutor. 

    Is that possible?

    Hi Aderal,

    thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for reaching out to us!

    Unfortunately, the number of appointment has to be preselected while creating a package; it cannot be split later.

    I understand the convenience of this feature, Aderal; leaving the choice up to your customer on how they would like to use their package. 

    You can send it as a suggestion to our features request page, so that we can consider it for future implementation!
