I have my payments set to Paypal ONLY, and is currently in "sandbox" mode.
When I get to payment, (I have personal and business PP accounts)-- The standard PPal screen comes up, but I cannot log in to payment. I go immediately to paypal in another browser and I can log into either account with the same creds.
When I attempt to book an appointment on your website, I see this window come up:
You can see in the URL of that window, that it's logging you into PayPal.com - so not Sandbox mode. If you were using Sandbox on this site, you'd see this:
Note that URL is sandbox.paypal.com
If you are using Sandbox credentials, you need to create a sandbox customer account, and use that. Sandbox mode can only be tested with a sandbox user, not the actual user. Since you now have PayPal set to Live, you will be able to book a real appointment with your real account.
Thank you for the assist. I didn't see that last part about the PERSONAL sandbox account in the documentation. BTW, I'd taken it out of sandbox mode by the time you tested.
Using the personal account worked. Back to normal mode now. Thanks again!
