We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

How to choose the items for the packages in frontend?

    I need to know how I can do the following:

    1. That the user can choose the items for the packages
    2. That the user can schedule a maximum of items
    3. Being able to show the amount of reservations you have in real time
    4. Change the language to Spanish
    5. To be able to customize the fields to my liking from the backend

    Thank you for your purchase.

    1. Only administrators are able to define what's included in the packages. You can include all your services in the package, and set a limit per service, so the user can choose which service's appointments they want to attend.

    2. This can't be done with the built-in features (yet). At the moment, there's no limit per package, only per services inside the package.

    3. Available appointments are displayed in the customer panel, so when your customers log in, they will see how many more appointments they have left in the package.

    4. Spanish translation is included in Amelia, and you can see Amelia in Spanish only if you change the language of your WordPress site.

    5. At the moment, this can't be done. Our developers will work on a new customize feature, which will allow you to do this, but at this time it's not possible.
