I created a new user and gave them the role Amelia Manager.  However, when I go to add a new appointment using the login, the First Name, Last Name, and Email details are pre-filled with the details from the first booking, and are greyed out so they cannot be amended. I am able to add a phone number.

For us to use the calendar, we will have certain users who can login to make appointments, (the form is not visible to general website visitors) and they should be able to enter new customer details, is this not possible ?

    Thank you

    Hi, Phil!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

We don't recommend booking appointments on the front-end being logged as Admin, Manager or Employee. It may cause mixed roles and access issues.

Please, use back-end booking or incognito mode for the front-end.

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

    Thank you for the reply.

Unfortunately it isn't possible for us to allow bookings from Wordpress Admin as we do  not want to gratn Admin access to the venues who can make bookings.

I amended the user role to Organizer, and the issue still arises. Anyone (apart from Wordpress Admin) who makes a booking and then makes a subsequent booking, gets pre-filled with the details from their first booking and it is not possible to amend, even thought the email address on the booking is not the same as the user, so for some reason, Amelia must be recording the logged in user info, recording it against the booking, then retrieving those details when making another booking. Why would it do that ?

Ae you saying it is not possible to make a booking on the front end, for any user who is logged in ?

    Hi, Phil!

I apologize for the delayed response.

Yes, that's correct. Basically, the original logic behind that was: Customers can book appointments from the front-end, and all the Employees, Managers, and Admins can book from the back-end. That's why fields in the booking forms are getting pre-filled. But as we can see now, some of our customers require front-end booking available for Managers/Admins as well (Employees already can add appointments for the assigned services on the Employee Panel).

But also I'm trying to say that if the Organizers open an incognito tab, they can easily book appointments from the front end, and there will be no need to log out. Maybe this solution isn't perfect, but it's simple and not time-consuming.

And, if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this front-end booking feature on our website. The most requested features will be implemented in the coming updates.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, Phil!

I'm sorry that Amelia didn't suit your business.

In order to request a refund, please follow the steps below:

Log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.

If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with a width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.

After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

    Best Regards.
