We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
How do I make the cell smaller...more than decrease the white space does?
Hi Ted
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It can be done with some CSS
if you need the header as well then you will use this also
if you need to the specific table then you can use
where 1 is id of the table
If you need to row be smaller than this then you can do it by reducing padding in cells.
You can use this CSS for tables from the related link :
We insert 0 for top and bottom padding but you can choose whatever you need( for example 1px,2px..)
I hope this helps. do let us know if you need any further assistance.
I tried and I can't make it work.
/* Here you can add custom CSS for the current table */
/* Lean more about CSS: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cascading_Style_Sheets */
/*
To prevent the use of styles to other tables use "#supsystic-table-3" as a base selector
for example:
#supsystic-table-3 { ... }
#supsystic-table-3 tbody { ... }
#supsystic-table-3 tbody tr { ... }
*/
/*#supsystic-table-3 td { height:100px}*/
This is how I created my code.
#supsystic-table-3 td,
#supsystic-table-3 td {padding: 1 1px }
The only change that I ever could make work:
#supsystic-table-3 td { height:500px}
.wpdt-c.wdt-skin-aqua .wpDataTablesWrapper table.wpDataTable.wpDataTableID-4 td,
.wpdt-c.wdt-skin-aqua .wpDataTablesWrapper table.wpDataTable.wpDataTableID-1
td {padding: 0 20px !important;}/
Hi Ted,
Blaženka is out of the office today and I will answer you.
Based on your explanation:
#supsystic-table-3 td, #supsystic-table-3 td {padding: 1 1px }
#supsystic-table-3 td { height:500px}
Those are not our classes. Those are ids from another table plugin that you are using.
Please contact their support to make this happend.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
