Hi there - I'm trying to set up the Google Maps API.  I have the API key inputted into my Ameila General Settings and the configuration in google is exactly as it's stated in your documentation (API's, Billing, even the domain).  See screenshots and let me know what I did wrong.  The error I'm receiving is:  "The page can't load Google Maps correctly" when trying to input the business address.

    Hi Sheila,

thank you for reaching out to us!

I'm sorry to hear that this happened; since the setup you've made is correct, could you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Sheila,

thank you for the credentials provided!

Could you please check them as WP did not allow me to log in using them.

    Thank you in advance.

Hi there, I did the upgrade and flushed the cache. The location seems to not give an error message any longer, but how can the customers see the location map in the event or service (front end)?

    Hi Sheila,

thank you for letting me know!

I apologize for the later response; we don't operate on weekends.

The Google Map is only for back-end view, in Locations tab, and it is not being shown on front-end.

If it's working fine in back-end, that's it. Maps aren't loaded on front-end.
