"Customer can't fill fields" (#2706738) / TMS-Plugins

Hi,
In the appointment booking site, customers can't fill in the mandatory fields.

Other fields, like a text field can be filled without a problem

Please assist.

It seems that reset and save of the customize settings fixed the problem.
