2-way sync Amelia with Google calendar seems broken. Amelia appointments are visible in Google calendar. But appointments set in google calendar are unknown to Ameila. How can the connection be forced to resync from within Amelia ?
I went to Amelia\general settinfs\integrations\google calendar and increased the default number of 50 events in the bottom to 2000...and that's it.
I went back to test a booking and after a few seconds and all worked well. Would be great to know the meaning of that number. Is 2000 the number of 'google events' in past and future or only in future ?
thank you for contacting us, and for letting us know that this was resolved.
2000 is the number of events that Amelia will take from Google Calendar, and reflect them. So, before this when the setting was 50, Amelia could only take that many and show them. If you had more, Amelia would not reflect them.
By increasing the number you increase how many events Amelia can reflect at once from the calendar, in the present and future.
