Hi Team.
I've multiple questions:
1. I would like to create an event every Monday 09.00-12:00 13:00-16:00 17:00-20:00 will take place.
A maximum of 10 people are allowed to participate and every event can only be booked once per Monday.
A booked event e.g. 9:00-12:00 should not be available on this day.
The price is fixed no matter if there is 1 person or 10 persons at the same time.
It should be possible to add how many children and how many adults will contribute, but it doesn't affect the price.
The booking must be binding and the person must receive confirmation by email.
The user must provide his email address, name, first name, phone number and address.
However, payment will take place at the cash desk when the customer is on site at the event.
Is it possible?
2. Is Amelia compatible with Bitforms? Is Amedlia compatible with Fluentforms?
3. Can I temporarily integrate Amelia with Weebly until I can move all to WordPress?
If not, is there any opportunity to use Amelia until the site is moved to WordPress?
Best wishes, and thanks for your reply!
Hi, Carlos!
Thank you for your interest in Amelia.
1. I would like to create an event every Monday 09.00-12:00 13:00-16:00 17:00-20:00 will take place. - Yes, you can create Events or Services. Events have fixed time slots, Services can be set this way also through a workaround (Employees' working hours).
A maximum of 10 people are allowed to participate and every event can only be booked once per Monday. - You can set the maximum capacity to 10, and also make only 1 appointment per time slot available.
A booked event e.g. 9:00-12:00 should not be available on this day. - Yes, it is possible. If you want this event to be booked by one person for the whole group, then Services will suit you better.
The price is fixed no matter if there is 1 person or 10 persons at the same time. - Yes, you can use Services for that as well.
It should be possible to add how many children and how many adults will contribute, but it doesn't affect the price. - It can be achieved through Custom fields.
The booking must be binding and the person must receive confirmation by email. - Amelia has automatic email Notifications. You can see more information about them here.
The user must provide his email address, name, first name, phone number and address. - Yes, these fields can be set as mandatory in a booking form.
However, payment will take place at the cash desk when the customer is on-site at the event. - There's an option to receive on-site payments in Amelia.
2. Is Amelia compatible with Bitforms? Is Amelia compatible with Fluentforms? - There are no such integrations in Amelia at the moment, but it depends on how you plan to use it. Amelia can be connected with other software through webhooks.
3. I'm afraid, Amelia can work flawlessly only on a WP site.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Best Regards.
Many thanks for your quick answer!
Best wishes!
