We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

It appears I can change most anything BUT the custom colors on my forms. I get a 500 error. Screenshot attached.

    Hey Grant Holmes,

just go to customiazation and set back to default. Then it should work again and you can change colors too.

    Hello Grant Holmes,

For some reason it looks like the Amelia CSS is not created in the installation process or something is blocking it . Like Daniel K suggested, could you please go to Amelia -> Customize page and click on Reset then Save there and check if the issue will be gone then?

And if this doesn't help, if you have the SG Optimizer plugin, the issue is probably coming from there, please deactivate it and check if the Amelia issue is gone afterwards. If it is you will need to exclude Amelia/pages where Amelia is in that plugin's settings.

One user mentioned this helped them:

SG support helped me to figure it out. The problem was resolved by disabling Minify CSS, Minify HTML and Minify Java in the Frontend Optimisation Sg Optimiser settings page.

So you can try that out or reach out to SG Optimizer's support and ask them how to solve the issue.

Let me know if this helped!

Thank you for helping out, Daniel K!
