Hello, I would like to sell a voucher of each service. I am not talking about a discount. So a real item voucher with a fixed amount of money. The customers should then be able to give it away and redeem it with me. Unfortunately, this is not provided for in your system. Now I was wondering if there is another way to make this possible. I set up an event that I sell as a voucher. Then I invent a voucher code for the customer who bought the voucher and create a discount with this code and he can practically order an item with the voucher whenever he wants. Unfortunately, fields are visible that do not fit the voucher theme. The day of the event and the capacity should be hidden. (see attachment) It would also be great if I could adapt the mail for these articles so that it fits and there is no mention of a discount. It would be great if I could write a separate mail for each item that goes out when it is purchased. The texts of events do not fit there. It would be nice if there were these options where you can also sell vouchers to give away. How could I hide these things in the views? Or do you have another idea?
You can configure the discount coupon, so it is sent to the customer after they book the event. In coupon settings, under notifications, set it so it's triggered to be sent in a notification. You'd need to include the %coupon_XX% placeholder, where XX is the ID of the coupon.
Thank you for the suggestion, I'll forward this to our development team, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
