We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi, Carren!

I'm sorry that Amelia didn't suit your business.

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

Log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.

If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with a width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.

After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

    Best Regards.

Amelia is working for me now. I had a rep reach out and assist me. thank you. I did want to ask is there a way to store customers payment info without charging them until after service with amelia?

    Hi, Carren!

That's great! We are glad you've changed your mind about Amelia.

Unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment since Amelia doesn't store customer's info at all (what makes it so secure). But we will implement deposit payments in one of the coming updates, our developers are already working on this feature. So, probably, it might be a suitable option for you.

    Best Regards.
