We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Is there any way to have one employe with the 'power' to take and manage appointements, create events for other employes?
We are 2 'active' employes and we have a secretary that takes care of our administrative tasks, we would like her to be able to handle appointements from the front end pannel - she has no idea of wordpress or back end amelia.
Also, for some reson amelia employes can't be connected to wordpress users with amelia managrial rights.
Hello Nicolaie
Thank you for your purchase.
Unfortunately, Amelia Employee role cannot have these capabilities. Only Amelia Manager and Administrator can create and modify appointments and events.
Also, that cannot be done from front-end. You would only be able to do this from Amelia's back-end. What you can do, though - is book appointments in your customers' stead, from front-end (incognito mode).
Basically, the secretary would open the booking page in incognito mode, create an appointment as a customer, and that's it.
Amelia Employees can only be connected to WordPress user role "Amelia Employee", so if you have a user who you want to connect the employee to, you need to assign the "Amelia Employee" user role to that user.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
