We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello Tariq Herzalla,
Thank you for your purchase.
If you have the SG Optimizer plugin, the issue is probably coming from there, please deactivate it and check if the Amelia issue is gone afterwards. If it is you will need to exclude Amelia or pages where Amelia is in that plugin's settings.
One user mentioned this helped them:
SG support helped me to figure it out. The problem was resolved by disabling Minify CSS, Minify HTML and Minify Java in the Frontend Optimisation Sg Optimiser settings page.
So you can try that out or reach out to SG Optimizer's support and ask them how to solve the issue.
Let me know if this helped!
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
Hello,
The issue at hand was related specifically to the CSS Combine option, resolved now thank you. I have a follow up question regarding another matter...
I would like to use a payment gateway called "KNET", it is a payment system unique to Kuwait. Would it be possible to incorporate this into Amelia? If not, do I have an option of having it set up on website separately, and Amelia redirecting people to it when it comes to payments?
Hello Tariq,
Glad to see the issue is gone, thank you for letting me know. You are welcome!
There isn't an integration for that payment method in Amelia with its current features, unfortunately, so you can't connect it to Amelia. You can check out if WooCommerce integration could help somehow - if they maybe have this or similar payment option there (please note that the WooCommerce integration is made for plain WooCommerce though, so we can't say if and how will it work with some other Woo plugins or add-ons, but you can try it out).
