In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Dear Amelia team,
the whole booking process with Amelia on my bilingual webpage (DE & EN) is now available and live. I am happy with it, but now after trying with two test bookings, I have noticed a major problem:
It is not possible to finish the booking on the German website - it is only working on the English!
I have two payment methods (PayPal, Stripe) set up for Amelia. So I would like to describe the issue seperately between those two:
(1) PayPal:
When processing the PayPal transaction on my German version of Amelia, everything starts correctly. A pop-up forwards the customer to a PayPal loading screen. But suddenly the popup closes automatically and the log-in screen doesn't show up. Result: In Amelia the loading screen stays forever. ('Waiting for Payment")
(2) Stripe:
When processing the Stripe credit card transaction on my German version of Amelia, the loading screen shows up. The result after waiting is an error, that the payment was unsuccessful.

If I turn the language switch to EN it works fine.
Additional information:
- Sandbox payments worked on both EN & DE
- correct API set-up for PayPal and Stripe
- settings of Date/Time Format changed in SettingsStorage.php
- minimum amount of 50 cents in Stripe considered
As for now I cannot find the problem myself.

Solved!
I have reset all settings and started over again. I couldn't localize, what was causing the problem, but it might have been either a plug-in or my webhosting provider, that interfered with the payment.
