We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

When there is no time slot available, it shows blank without any information.

I would like to show some message like "temporary unavailable".

Can I do this with Amelia?

    Hi, Shota!

I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the page where you want to add these words.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi, Liza!

    I attached 2 files.

If a staff have some time slot available, it appears like "screen2" and you can choose time slot.

But if there is no time slot available, it appears like "screen1". it shows blank.

What I would like to do is that it shows some message like "No time slot" or "Unavailable now" on "screen1".

I am using shortcode "[ameliacatalog employee=xx].

    Many thanks, shota

    Hi, Shota!

Thank you for the detailed explanation.

Unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible to add this message. Even if you use custom CSS, then this message will be shown all the time (when there are available slots as well).

However, we are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Best Regards.
