In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello,
A staff set a time slot "2021/2/27 18:00 - 19:00" - ss03.png- and a customer choose 1h service.
But the time slot doesn't appear in calendar. - ss02.png -
When a customer choose 30min service then the time slot isn't showed up. -ss01.png-
I don't set time period before or after reservation on service.
How do I show this time slot in 1 hour service.

Can you please go to Amelia > Settings > General Settings > and check how long the Time Slot Step is? This could be where the issue is.

Now that your time slot step is changed, can you see if your employee hours can fit these appointments into their day?
Adjust time slot duration to 1 hour for 1 hour service, if this does not work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
