We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    On the 20th october of 2020 one off the Amelia people said they would integrate more payment gateways into the plugin. Also ideal and mollie. For the Netherlands Ideal is by far the most used payment application there is.

    Now is my question, is it clear allready when Mollie gets integrated?? 
    I know off the work around of woocommerce etc but it would be better to use mollie directly.

    I really hope.. you have a positive answer to me.

    Thank you for your interest in Amelia.

    We postponed new payment gateways due to some other more requested features but we plan to add the Mollie payment gateway next since it was the most requested payment gateway so far. So probably in a month or two, we will add it.

    If you want, we can contact you once the Mollie payment is implemented. For that, we will need your email address.

    I would also be very interested to see Mollie integrated directly into Amelia, without the WooCommerce workaround.
